Cristian started his real estate investment and development career in 2001 as a land development engineer, and soon became a broker. He has served with various manager entities in different capacities.

Cristian’s leadership is founded on balanced interdisciplinary communication with a focus on investor driven results. Cristian enjoys being a platform for aligning strategic goals with investment and business unit execution. His key functions include high involvement in the real estate investment cycle, which includes but is not limited to acquisition, underwriting, due diligence, capital markets and investor relations, entitlement, permitting, design and construction management. Over the past 20+ years he has invested, developed and sourced capital for over $200M in commercial and residential real estate deals.

Cristian graduated from the Engineering School at the University of Portland and holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco. While at Portland, Cristian was a member of the Men’s Division 1 Soccer team and post-graduation went on to play semi-pro soccer in Australia and USA. He is a licensed real estate broker in California, retired professional engineer and is LEED accredited advisor.
